Meet Sandra

“Money isn’t just about numbers – it’s about aligning it with the life you want to create.”

I’ve always loved numbers they’ve been the thread that’s run through my whole life.

But what really lights me up isn’t the numbers themselves. It’s the people and stories behind them.

Because every number tells a story of dreams, decisions, responsibilities, and the emotions that shape them. And having awareness of that is where real change begins.

A Path That Lead Me Here

I spent more than 20 years working in finance – as an Accountant and CPA, and Financial Adviser. I managed cashflow for a large multinational corporate, and as an Advisor I designed wealth strategies for clients . But something was missing.

Over time, I started noticing a pattern. The people I met, particularly women were capable, hardworking, and successful in so many areas of life. Yet when it came to money, they often felt unsure or disconnected. They’d tell me they felt guilty for not knowing more or embarrassed for not having it all figured out.

And I knew that wasn’t because they weren’t smart. It was because traditional finance hadn’t made space for the emotional side of money, for the beliefs, habits, and fears that shape how we earn, spend, and save.

That realisation changed everything. I trained as a Certified Money Coach (CMC)® and Financial Educator so I could combine my practical expertise with a more human approach one that empowers people to take control and build both knowledge and confidence to make good financial decisions.

“I wanted to create a space where people could talk about money without fear or judgment.”

My Purpose

What drives me now is simple: helping people feel calm, clear, and capable when it comes to money.
Because when you feel confident managing your finances, it ripples into every part of your life, your relationships, your choices, your freedom.

I believe money confidence is a form of wellbeing. It’s about creating a sense of peace and control, not pressure.
It’s not about being wealthy for wealth’s sake, it’s about using money as a tool to live the life you want.

And I’m especially passionate about supporting women who are navigating finances on their own for the first time, rebuilding after change, or finally deciding to take ownership of their financial future.

“I’m here to make money make sense – without the jargon, shame, or overwhelm.”

Experience That Grounds My Work

With over two decades in the finance industry, I bring both practical expertise and real-world understanding to my coaching. I’ve sat in boardrooms and kitchen tables alike, helping people make sense of their financial stories.

“You don’t need to have it all figured out – you just need to start.”

What Makes My Approach Different

Money Wellness isn’t about strict budgets or complicated spreadsheets. It’s about clarity, confidence, and choice.

Through personalised coaching, we uncover the beliefs and patterns driving your financial habits and replace them with awareness, action, and confidence. We also provide practical tools to give you clarity on your current cashflow and simple systems to direct your money toward your desired lifestyle now and in the future.

We focus on progress, not perfection. On creating calm, not chaos.

The people I work with don’t just walk away with new money habits, they walk away feeling lighter, more capable, and more in control of their lives. And knowing they are directing their money to what is important to them and their family’s goals.

Because when money feels manageable, everything else starts to flow.

About Me

I live with my husband, our two teenage children, and our fluffy orange cat, Gingy. I love spending time with my large extended family, volunteering with Rotary, and cheering on the Western Bulldogs in the AFL. To unwind, I enjoy walking in nature, practising yoga, or some quiet meditation.

If you’re ready to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your money, I’d love to support you.
